The Gas Supply Industries and Utilities of the world is a market research report describing the gas industry and outlining the utility structure in every gas consuming or producing country. ABS GasStats contains 40 sets of data, 36 sets of snapshot data for the year 2005 and four historical series from 1965/1970/1980 to 2005 for the gas markets of 179 countries. The database also contains market statistics for the gas industry, numbers of gas customers, numbers of utilities by function, transmission and distribution pipeline lengths as well as operational and technichal industry statistics of Natural Gas, LNG and LPG, economic and population statistics adn statistical data for each country.
This package also contains the Gas Companies database which lists 2,977 gas utilities classified by function, with name, address, telephone and fax numbers where available.
